Spray up roving (gun roving)

Spray up roving is mainly utilized in spray up process, Hobas pipe, continuous filament winding pipe and panel manufacturing. They are compatible with unsaturated polyester(UP), vinylester(VE). Widely applied to manufacturing boat, bathtub, storage tank, Hobas pipe, filament winding pipe and panel ect. Sprays up Roving are especially designed excellent performance for spray-up molding of fiberglass reinforced thermo set. Easy chopping. Uniform/flat lay down on the mold. Good wetting. Easy roll-out and air release. Low static. Excellent mechanical properties.

Yarn density: 2400tex or 4800tex

Loading quantity: 20’GP loads 20 ton around, 20pallet (10pallets of 48bobbin/pallet and 10pallets of 64bobbin /pallet)
