Filament winding direct roving

Filament winding roving is specially designed as reinforcements for thermoset resins used in filament winding processes. The size systems of filament winding rovings are made to achieve good compatibility with polyester, vinylester and eposy resins. It is soft, smooth and better compatible with styrene for resin impregnation, so the GRP has good property of water-resistance.

Use: Widely used in filament wound pipes, pressure vessels, chemical storage tanks, complicated parts, reactor etc.

Yarn density: 1200tex, 2400tex, 4400tex, 4800tex or 9600tex

Compatible resin: epoxy resin, ethlene resin and unsaturated polyester resin

Loading quantity: 20’GP loads 20.4ton around, 20pallet (10pallets of 48bobbin/pallet and 10pallets of 64bobbin /pallet)

Weight: 15~18kg/bobbin
